What subjects does CaribGenius cover?
CaribGenius currently supports CSEC Mathematics, English Language, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Human & Social Biology. More subjects are in active development and will be released through app updates.
What is the diagnostic assessment?
The diagnostic is a short baseline test taken when you first start using the platform. It assesses your knowledge across all your enrolled subjects simultaneously, identifies your weakest topics, and gives you a readiness score so you can see exactly where to focus your study time.
Is CaribGenius free to use?
Yes. CaribGenius has a free tier that includes the diagnostic assessment, limited topic practice, and basic progress tracking. The Pro plan unlocks unlimited practice, full mock exam access, all subjects, AI-powered explanations, and full progress analytics.
How do I restore my Pro subscription after reinstalling the app?
Open the app, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases." Your subscription will be restored automatically if you are signed in with the same account used for the original purchase. If you continue to experience issues, contact us below.
How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). You can cancel at any time via your device's subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
I found an incorrect question. What do I do?
We work hard to keep content accurate and aligned with current CSEC syllabi, but errors can slip through. Please contact us with the subject, topic, and question details and we will review and correct it promptly.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account directly from the app: go to Settings and select "Delete Account." This is permanent and will remove all your data within 30 days. If you cannot access the app, contact us and we will process the deletion manually.
